Orienteering race (TUT) 19:14 [3] 3.0 km (6:25 / km) +60m 5:50 / km

Short course race in pretoria. I left my compass at home, but at least I remembered my shoes this time. I didn't feel great before the the race, very heavy and stiff but once i started i felt much better. I had a lot of small hestitations, but no big mistakes. I was the 1st woman with Jess and Christie just behind me :) I'm starting to get very worried about my little sister :p

Orienteering intervals 20:00 [3]

Tania, Salome and i did most of the mens course in intervals of 3 controls at a time. Made some pretty stupid mistakes because i was distracted by them running near me..
