Running intervals 30:00 [4]

Did intervals running for 2.30, then running back to try and get back in a quicker time, and repeating 4 more times. Managed to win everytime, but didnt feel fit at all doing it, was still tired from the previous day

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

Jogged down to park for intervals and then did further warming up when there, then jogged for 5 min afterwards and stretched before walking home.

Orienteering 1:09:00 [3] *** 10.5 km (6:34 / km) +275m 5:49 / km

Hare and Hound with Barbie and Danger in Endcliffe/Bingham/Whitely (ironic name orienteering wise). Very wet, very muddy and my shoes stuggled for grip. Think they might be on the way out. Distance may be wrong, but its right according to the map scale, im just not confinced we ran that far.

Orienteering warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Jog downt to/from parks

Orienteering race 40:20 [4] ** 7.59 km (5:19 / km) +50m 5:09 / km
spiked:18/19c

York City Race, good run road the race itself, very fast and hot though which made me feel quite tired at the end, allowing barbie to reel me in. One little error on twelve but beyond that a very good run technically. (distance is route i ran, actual length was 4.9km

Orienteering warm up/down 10:00 [1]

Jogged to the start, a bit redundant as i didnt actually start for another 20-25 minutes afterwards due to the trail o bit.

Orienteering race (Technical) 15:00 [0] *****
spiked:5/6c

Technical bit of micro O/Trail O style controls before main york city race around the railway museum. Got 5/6 right, the sixth being where the control actually wasnt in the centre of the circle, giving me a 10 second penalty for the city race.

Running intervals 25:00 [4]

Relay with 2 other people, running short legs (1 about 150 metres, the other about 50) then waiting for the runner to come round. Did 6-7 repetitions, and ran well.

Running warm up/down 25:00 [2]

Ran to broomhill with danger to meet neill, then to endcliffe park and around the route of the relay for the intervals. After the session, did stretching before running home.

Saw barbie as well, so the account is up and running

Orienteering 56:10 [4] *** 4.6 km (12:13 / km)
spiked:14/17c

Spring Cup at Loxley, another poor run, lost about 4 minutes on first two controls, and then ran better on next 6 of so until in technical section, then took it carefully and never really got back to a decent speed. Not sure of time, but estimate that it was about 50 mins.

Orienteering warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Circuits intervals 40:00 [4]

Usual circuits session, better than usual. Did have a bit of farting banter with dave and nic.

Circuits warm up/down 25:00 [2]

Warm Up Warm Down For Circuits, jogged there, then took park in Gaz's silly long warm up, as well as warm down for 10.

Orienteering race 1:07:00 [5] **** 5.7 km (11:45 / km)
spiked:8/15c

Harvester Night Relay. I swear this was the worst run I have ever have at night.
I was running very well, but kept getting confused by paths, and stuck in thickets. I also didnt have confidence in my compass, so kept going off in strange directions. Managed to only lose two positions fortunately, but lost well over 10 minutes. Should have done about 55.

Football 1:30:00 [2]

played football, cricket, rounders, and other stuff at endcliffe park while relaxing from harvester, not a drastic amount but still made me nice and tired.

Orienteering race 58:50 [4] *** 6.2 km (9:29 / km) +160m 8:24 / km
spiked:16/23c

Eccesall Wood Spring Cup, ran very hard but felt very tired in my legs and am not sure at all why. Poor orienteering at the start, but ran the second part very well considering tiredness.

Running intervals 13:00 [5]

Hill Reps in Bingham Park, with a long gradual hill, running from bottom to top once, and then halfway (or 2/3rds ish) to top. Then repeating this a further 3 times. Worked very hard especially on the last rep, and felt the benefit by the end of it, but also felt tired too after two hard sessions (today and yesterday). Probably worked out as around 1 minute for the long and 45 seconds for the shorter (will correct this when i know exactly).

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

About 10-15 minutes jogging to endcliffe/bingham park from flat, and around 5-10 jogging back. Plus some stretching in living room.

Orienteering 50:00 [4] *** 4.9 km (10:12 / km) +200m 8:28 / km
spiked:18/20c

Greno. Quite please with todays run, ran at an intense pace to start with, and ran hard up the hill leaving 5, got confused on 6 and 8, and then nailed the rest, with only a little slowing up by vegetation. Dead shattered by the end, really enjoyed it though.

Orienteering warm up/down 15:00 [2]

Overall about 15 minutes warm up/down running and stretching intensely.

Intra Mural football for geography, had a good game, conceded one bad goal but we deserved our win over animal and plant science, 2-1.
