Intra Mural football for geography, had a good game, conceded one bad goal but we deserved our win over animal and plant science, 2-1.

Beeley Wood SYO evening event, good fun run around, made a few mistakes, and found fairly challenging due to small controls.

Warm down with magic and danger, before jogging back after magic dropped us off

Circuit training, went better than two weeks ago, but still finding it hard to keep going all the way around. Long way to go.

Circuits warm up/down 10:00 [3] 1.0 km (10:00 / km)

Ten minute warm up for circuits with jogging and leg exercises, before pulse racing sprints (ranging from 2-5 intensity)

Circuits warm up/down 18:00 [3] 1.0 km (18:00 / km)

Warm Down from circuits, around 3 minutes jogging and 5 minutes stretching before jogging home.
