Orienteering race (Sprint) 23:00 [5] ** 3.94 km (5:50 / km)
shoes: Nike Tiempo Natural TF

ShUOC Series Race 1 Walkley, Crookesmoore and Upperthorpe.

Did ok, ran hard and at one stage caught Barton, but still lacking speed badly. Should be doing sub twenty easy for these. Made no navigation mistakes, maybe a route choice error or two though. Still enjoyed it though.

Orienteering warm up/down 15:00 [2]

Jog round to dave's for start, jog back and stretch

Circuits 36:00 [4]
shoes: Nike Tiempo Natural TF

Good bit of banter at circuits today, still 6*6 reps, but with no music, so myself danger and ba-ba made it up. Was good fun, but still need to improve.

Circuits warm up/down 35:00 [3]
shoes: Nike Tiempo Natural TF

8 min easy run to circuits, same back. At circuits the usual 5 jogging at start, 5 at end and stretching. Also did pyramid sprints, which i did a bit harder (hence the 3) which involved to far wall and back, then there and back twice, then 3 times before going down to 2 and then one. This was done in groups of 3, so some rest inbetween.

Running 50:00 [4] 7.8 km (6:25 / km)
shoes: Nike Tiempo Natural TF

Ran with nic on a route through bolehill and into rivelin. Enjoyed the run, but found a lot of pain in my left side and couldnt really get going, so slowed Nic up a lot, as i couldnt run on because i didnt know where i was going. Little disappointed by this, so stretched well afterwards.
