Went out with Nic to peaks, was gonna go properly into the peaks, but the weather curtailed said plan. Wasn't feeling 100% so found it very hard to get going, and was nowhere near my best on the bike.

Won 6-4, kept really well first half only conceding a penalty, but second half made 3 errors and they made 3 goals.

Note

While walking around today i felt my ankle, was a bit unsure whether to run this evening until walked down stairs to get a drink and it felt pretty bad. Hence will rest tonight and strap well and try and run on sunday, if someone can give me the intervals session i may even do that.

Technical stuff on loxley, no paths map set up by dave. Did alright, but was never happy on my ankle on it.

Cycled out to loxley and back, much more intensely on way back as was cold.

Usual session, got pissed at a few people for taking the piss out of me for trying. I mean, we are supposed to be encouraging everyone in shuoc, not just newcomers, if i come every week and try and get laughed at, then whats the incentive to keep coming? Apart from that i enjoyed the session.

Usual warm up/down, jog to circuits, jogging and drills at the start, jog to warm down and stretch at the end, before jogging back home, this time through the park with rhys.
