Orienteering race 1:10:00 [4] **** 7.16 km (9:47 / km) +80m 9:16 / km
spiked:28/30c (sick)

Spook relays, 3 laps of around 2.2km each straight line. Did 22, 26, 22 for them. Distance approx for what i actually ran. Orienteering generally good, made two errors, one on the first, one on the last, but was slow on the second as i got stuck in bramble a bit. Generally was a little slower than usual though as i felt a little ill.

Did about 10 warm up (jog and dynamics) and then 5 down (jog and key stretches) Felt a bit tight though.

Wom 1-0, another clean sheet, this time played a blinder and kept up in the game.

Cycled from gemmas to uni and did a few laps of weston park before lecture. After uni cycled home

Cycled to and from intervals, going down via northumberland and clarkhouse road, going back via bingham park and the edge.

Running intervals 23:00 [5]

Doing laps of field as quick as possible while alternating between chasing and being chased. Didnt feel 100% and pulled my shoulder on 3rd rep so sat out the fourth. Then did 3 more reps afterwards. Whole session was 26, but finished it at 23, with a bit more rest too.
