Running hills 20:00 [4] 3.6 km (5:33 / km) +800m 2:38 / km

Hills Roslin Road. Did about 19 reps up and down in 20 minutes. Could have done a few more but for a stitch in the middle but did the last few hard. Weather was shit and had the wrong shoes, should have worn kalenjis.

Run from Ba Ba's to roslin road via school road and tapton, and then ran back same way (shortened slightly)

British relays, ran last leg of premier, by which point we were a lap down and in last. Tried to go hard to start with on the hillier section before getting out onto the more gentle moor. Made two errors due to tiredness and started feeling stiffness from the individual towards the middle. Got tired and made one small silly error at the end. Again, fitness was the big issue.

First run in ages, M21L at British Championships. Main aim was to get round, so took it relatively easy but given my current fitness found this fairly hard. Didn't feel great at the start and made a number of mistakes, before getting very tired in the wood. Found it much easier in the open, second half of the course, but cramped at about 13km and struggled up last few hills. All in all ok, but was a great encourager to get fitter.
