4th place finish, #1 on swim. Poorish on bike. Okay on run. Transitions poor (and might have lost me the podium). 42% of all men finishers though, which is good.

35min bike at GField with five accels. Feeling fair. Then, 15minutes of jog/walking. I felt like a complete and total slug. Had to walk mostly. Hmm, too much lunch or. . . ? Really feel sluggish despite beautiful 80-degree clear day.
