Cycling 1:55:00 [1] 31.06 mi (3:42 / mi)

Rode up the Kettle Valley Railway to the bike trails, kept going a little bit further up afterwards. Always a fun descent.

Running hills 1:20:00 [4]
shoes: Nike Lunar Trainer

Uphill 10 x 1 minutes on Green Road, starts off relatively gradual and then steeper for last 15 seconds. Followed it by a little barefoot running around the grass track.

Cycling 50:00 [1]

Light cycle in the afternoon, was going to take route along the channel, but there were so many people, so hit the highway along the lake to the Skaha Bluffs turnoff and back.

Running 1:20:00 [1] 10.39 km (7:42 / km) +551m 6:05 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Roclite 320

Run up the mountain on the east side of the valley, pretty hot, but felt good. Lots of climb, no knee pain or whatnot.

Roller Ski 55:00 [1]

Roller-ski on McLean road, did 20 minutes of legs only. Hello hip abductors, nice to meet you, again.

Running tempo 1:25:00 [3]
shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 212

Orienteering course in the rain at Whitemud. Its a pretty awful map, so lots of trails that aren't marked. Which is unfortunate, because the forest is too thick to use anything but trails. But, good running, X-Talons still best shoe ever.

Running 1:15:00 [4] 11.34 km (6:37 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 212

4 x 4 minute intervals by the Equine Centre, pretty muddy so not a ton of traction.

Running 45:00 [3]

Soccer game, hard to get motivated when you've only got 8 players vs. 11. Tried to make the best of it and ran hard-ish.
