Ran a practice sprint course. Navigated fairly well, had to two long route choice decisions which I'm not sure I made the best choice, but I tried to make them quickly and stuck with them. I lost a few moments in the circle trying to look at the fine detail about the control, which just shows I need to check my control description more often.

Bigger news, had a post-race hack that is I don't usually have post-workout, which means I'm going into FULL BLOWN COLD PREVENTION MODE. Universe, I hate you.

Ran the wednesday night meet. Someone made a meet where they didnt' both to make courses, just put out controls and it was a "choose your own course", which is so freaking lazy, in my opinion. Ran them all anyway, very hot! Felt lethargic because of it.

Joined Paul for some 5 x 4 minute action around Hawrelak. Muscles a little sore from soccer the day before. Finished off with 3 power sprints of 20-30 seconds up the short pitch beside some stairs in Kinsmen. Buffer that lactic acid, BUFFER!

Note

Soccer game. Actually felt pretty fit from those 2 weeks of training. Did I just peak for a soccer game? Whoops! Unfortunately, first touch was awful, worst defense I've ever not scored against. Seriously, they sucked. So did I, it would seem.
