Back to almost 100%, hit the gym and did some uphill intensity on the treadmill. 5 mins w/2 mins rest, 12kph at 4 incline, 5 inclince, 6, 7, 7, and then one at 13kph and 4 incline.
Felt the cough coming back during the 7s, so opted out of the last few of the pyramid. Felt pretty good, though, considering, I could definitely do those either steeper or faster.
