Running 1:05:00 [3] 10.3 km (6:19 / km)

I made up a new interval workout, since I feel like my foot can handle it. Sort of.
Basically, I run around the south part of Jyvasjarvi, starting from the bottom of the Ylistonmaki stairs. The bottom part of the loop is about 1800m, and then I run up to the top of the stairs/hill, which is... well, I have no idea how long the climb is, my Garmin is quite clearly incapable of figure that out, it thinks the middle of the climb is the highest point.
Strava thinks I started the bottom of the hill 130m elevation, climbed up to 150, then went BACK down to 130 by the top. Meanwhile, Garmin connect thinks I started at 85m, and climbed all the way up to 89m. So... a lot of numbers going there.
In any case, it was pretty tough, I ran the flat bits at around 3:15 pace and then I was happy to see a good spike in my HR when I hit the hill, which makes me feel I had a bit more to give. This was tough. But good, I think. Each interval was about 7 mins long. Nice if it were a bit shorter.
