Running 45:00 [1] 6.5 km (6:55 / km)
shoes: Brooks Cascadia
Run rehab project.
5 x 1 minute quasi-intervals w/ 2 minute walk.
It was nice to run faster, a little.
Tomorrow its another trip to Asia. Flying to Hong Kong, then racing at the Guangzhou Historical Trial races across the border in China. Yes, this is now a PWT thing, but I've been exiled from that. I was actually registered and going to these races before PWT decided to "collaborate". I would expect these races to be less interesting now. China is fun because its weird, and doesn't follow the European orienteering "norms". It will also be interesting to see the whole thing from the other side when I'm not part of the "hotshot entourage".
Then its back into Hong Kong to hang out with those cool folks and run the HK champs. All told, 6 races.
Is my foot ready for this? I'm not sure. My fitness sure isn't. I'm hoping to have some fun running, hopefully some of it pain free, and to come out of it still progressing towards having happy feet.
