So, I'm assisting with a study that uses some ski technique technology called "RaceFox". Its a heart rate belt with an accelerometer that analyzes your technique. It pretty much only works with classic.

Today I did the first test which is an 8-minute double pole test at "kind of fast" speed. Then it will give me a training program (sort of). I set my "goal" as 3:30 at the Marcialonga.

I'm pleased to say the app says I am a "very experienced skier". *phew*

So, we'll see how I am again in two weeks!
