Running long 1:27:40 [3] 10.0 mi (8:46 / mi)

My favourite 10 mile run from Aldie Burn. Hilly and ideal training for O.Through forests and moor on tracks, paths and some heather/bog and fields. Quite wet underfoot today, didn't see a soul and it was a fantastic morning.

Running intervals 38:00 [4] 3.2 km (11:52 / km)

mile warm up and down then 8 x 400m (97,96,94,93,95,95,95,95) with 1 min rest on the grass track in Invergordon. Its a bit bumpy but nicer than trying to do these on the road. No pain in my foot or calf which makes a change. Felt a bit tired though.

Body Balance 1:00:00 [2]

First time at a Body Balance class, a mix of pilates, yoga and stretching. Really enjoyed it and my plan is to carry on throughout the winter.
