mile warm up and down then 8 x 400m (97,96,94,93,95,95,95,95) with 1 min rest on the grass track in Invergordon. Its a bit bumpy but nicer than trying to do these on the road. No pain in my foot or calf which makes a change. Felt a bit tired though.
