Manage 2 x 400 before I felt my hamstring so just ran back to the car. Hopefully its not too bad as I want to enjoy my warm weather training in a weeks time. Snow on the Ben and a bit cold, should have done more of a warm up.
Body balance straight after the spinning. Not sure if this was a good idea or not. Its a shame they are on the same night. I will try for a few weeks and see if it starts feeling a bit easier. I am sooo stiff it's not true. Too many years running and not enough stretching.
Very easy run with Mairi. She is trying to get back to running so we've agreed to run every Monday when possible. Suits me fine. Calves felt a bit tight after yesterday.
