Round the Forth cylce route (mainly - when possible to spot signs!)
Beecraigs - Boness - Kincardine Bridge - Culross - Forth Road Bridge - Hopetoun - Linlithgow - Beecraigs

Climbing (Outdoor) 3:00:00 [2]

Outdoor climbing course with Ratho instructors.
4 climbs - varying difficulty at Aberdour. Seconding routes.
Huge difference trusting feet & hand positions on real rock & different level of exposure.

Thursday Jun 5

Horse riding (Hacking) 50:00 [0]
Very easy - mostly walking.
Farrier due Monday (7 weeks) - 1 hind shoe cast & removed other tonight as very loose.

Wednesday Jun 4

Orienteering (Map memory/hill reps) 23:35 [3]
shoes: Adidas Swoop
O training at Bonaly.
Warm up time to memorise a master map.
Exercise of map memory with map cut up into sections with an o-symbol attached. Hill reps to/from master map and map bits. Fill in a grid with o-symbol. Time recorded for exercise only.
Good fun & didn't really notice hill reps as trying to remember bits of map. Also tried to push speed on reps as need to do more speed work.
Warm down back to car park & checking permanent control sites.

20 mins schooling. 30 mins hacking.

Tuesday Jun 3

Variety of bouldering, top rope & lead climbs.
6a lead climb from last week - struggled more this week. Didn't seem to pick good routes up wall.
Got to top of new red route on boulder! Declimbing much less easy...

Monday Jun 2

Practicing skills on short section of road/track rather than improving speed or distance.
Horse riding (Hacking) 1:10:00 [0]
Slow ride around park with Jodie.
Orienteering 45:00 [2] ** 2.5 mi (17:59 / mi) +115m 9:47 / km
shoes: Adidas Swoop
Fun social event at Cramond Island. Total time of 45 mins to put your own control out, punch as many as possible & return to finish with own control. Punched 25/27 controls - one misplaced & one brought in early (before all other available controls had been punched!). Actual running time less than this - forgot to stop stopwatch!!
