Supposed to be on A/L for next week - now on sick leave instead......

Lengthened stirrups a hole to allow more comfortable knee position. Pain whenever Luna spooked, but pretty well behaved despite windy weather. Mainly walk - trot uncomfortable for knee.

Managed to come off bike within 100-150m of home.

O-training at Bonaly. Intensity due to hills - not good on hills as a warm up..

Two exercises in pairs:

Aiming off (with distraction!) - 20.08
Line course - 21.42

Didn't find myself easily distracted tonight - think that happens when I am getting more tired or less sure of my decisions.......

shoes: Boreal Joker
Fair bit of time bouldering to start - half way up red route, nailed white route I used to find difficult, sorted green route with some help (change to body position allowed 2nd top hold to be used as side pull = cracked it!) & started playing on blue ceiling route.
Climbing with someone new - 5+ blue route on right hand wall NOT a 5+ - much more difficult. Seconding 6a routes on left hand wall - only getting ~half way but getting tired... esp arms.

Monday Jun 16

Home to stable yard. 10 min stop to bring Luna in.
Stable yard to Bo'ness.

Will need to work out climb......

Return route Boness to Linlithgow with diversion to check on friend's cats.
Break at stable yard to ride then via Dechmont on way home.
