Did lots of work on my posterior, superior body.
Specifically my traps, delts, and neck, my biceps+triceps also got a good workout as did my grip. First real work out I've done with weights (barbell).
3 sets of 10 upright rows
4 sets of 6 power cleans at 34kg's
3 sets of 10 raised pushups at the end.
then stretched.
Tonight I was STRRROOONNNGGG.
