3:17 Oops, started out WAY too fast 3:20 Much better, had to pull dog a bit 3:33 Had to DRAG dog. Much better than 3 weeks ago. I'm happy with it for now. Windy, but it really didn't affect the outcome. Nice that the sun finally decided to show up this weekend. I hated halves in college - much preferred either quarters or miles as speed work. How come I don't want to try those now? | ||
