no headlamp (borderline - not fully light by end of run) 50F. High hammy a little grumpy. ... trying to get used to morning activity again.
Phlebotomist was very good this AM - no crushing fist or tourniquet

60F and very sunny with some wind. Gorgeous - lots of people out enjoying the fall day.

One ankle tweak that did not give problems.

Early morning run.
Trying to re-set daily schedule so it is earlier to work & earlier to leave work.
VERY stiff (every muscle, but especially arms) from all the moving. Nice to get the run in!
Saw two of the 'normal' morning neighborhood crowd: 1 runner, 1 walker

Moving fiancée in, day 2 with Uhaul truck. Only 2 trips (less help).
Garage is now full. Lots of sorting and jettisoning to do in order to be able to use the garage when the snow hits.

hardest part was getting the mattress up the stairs with fiancée's help. If it were stiffer, it probably would have been easier. But is was a living floppy dense foam beast.

Missed several larger items that should have gone in the truck - Ficus tree is probably the most awkward of them.

J seems happy that we brought her sofa over - much larger selection of spots to sleep on.
