Note

-=-----------
so glad that J no longer wears the cone of shame - it caused many crashes within the house. He was remarkably calm about me putting it on him after walks and feeding.

Tuesday Jan 30 #

Rowing Machine 20:18 [3] 5.0 km (4:04 / km)
weight:172lbs

Oh my god that was hard - kept wondering when I was allowed to quit. And to think I used to do this much faster and anything over 2 minute pace was dogging it. Yikes

Monday Jan 29 #

Run (no dog) 31:50 [3] 4.0 mi (7:58 / mi) +20m 7:50 / mi
shoes: NB Vazee Blue with neon @work

32F a little mucky, but the slog was mostly my legs

Physical Therapy 35:00 [3]

Plank! 7:00 [3]

Sunday Jan 28 #

Hiking 2:30:00 [1] 5.5 mi (27:16 / mi)
shoes: Ice Bugs with Cleats

Hiking with GVHC at Lucien Moren Park. Was 'sweep' which by definition is the slowest one there. Changed from icy at the beginning to very muddy by end. This part of the bay must not have good cell service - my battery died despite having the screen off (trying to get a GPS track).
