Terrible sleep from allergies tickling the back of my throat, leading to coughing fits... Almost 50, but felt colder. Knees grumpy for first mile.

Indoor bike 30:00 [3]

Got all dressed to run ... looked out, and it was pouring rain (and dropped to 40F). So I did the indoor bike, which worked out well, as I got to see Tiger Woods make some pretty shots. Despite being no fan of golf, I like to see an old guy beat whippersnappers...

Loop with daffodil meadows (some out now) and arrowhead. I think there are a lot fewer daffodils than 10 years ago.
