partly with GVHC, but split off after coming back to the port from the hidden sidewalk area.

At the end walking to the end of the pier was a wet experience. Where is this beach of which people speak?

soupy and heavy. Chugged through it, but had to work harder in mile 4 to go sub 8 overall. When you don't run for a few days, you feel very clunky - like the mechanics just are not there.
