A bit run down. Cold coming on.

Friday Nov 15 #

10 AM

Run (no dog) 39:38 [3] 5.09 mi (7:47 / mi) +41m 7:36 / mi
shoes: NB Orange #2

overdressed - 36, but some wind and dreary.
Came across a BIG buck with huge antlers who was not impressed with me running in his park. I told him to go find some friends.

-----
Watched the impeachment testimony - being on that stand would be hell on earth. Very impressive to be able to remain cool and not retort back.

Thursday Nov 14 #

Lifting 20:00 [3]

just could not force myself to get on the rower

Wednesday Nov 13 #

Plank! 5:00 [3]

Tuesday Nov 12 #

1 PM

Run (no dog) 34:00 [3] 3.56 mi (9:34 / mi) +4m 9:32 / mi
shoes: NB Vazee blue #2 - at work

8" snow - forging new path, except while on MCC. Very pretty.

Monday Nov 11 #

Treadmill 22:13 [3] 3.1 mi (7:10 / mi)
shoes: NB Vazee Blue #1@home

wet snowing, so I hit the treadmill half heartedly.

Accidentally pulled the safety chord out, so it was runnus-interrruptus at 2.5mi.

Sunday Nov 10 #

walk dog 1:00:00 [1] 3.0 mi (20:00 / mi)
shoes: Oboz hiking

Wanted to try the newly formed path along Mill Rd. J was having none of it, and demanded to turn around. Adventure doggy became grumpy old man on a gray Sunday morning. - I believe he was thinking of a warm bed.
10 AM

Run (no dog) 37:12 [3] 4.55 mi (8:11 / mi) +35m 7:59 / mi
shoes: NB Orange #3

Cole road. East and Mendon seem to be busier on the weekends than in years past.

43F and windy, but I was overdressed - had to jettison my long sleeve (Mendon trail) shirt after 1 mile.

Found a bungee chord - I find 1-2 a year, but only along the busier roads.
