HR @ 150 after #5 (per treadmill hand monitors)
Could not pull off a 6th interval.

Cold & squalls outside, not enough time -> cross training.

free weights - lost a lot of strength. Not surprising, as when I looked at my 2019 activities, there were very few entries related to lifting.

snow on ground, long T and shorts - felt easy for first 2 miles, but as soon as I turned around, I found out that it was entirely due to a push from the wind.

Craig Conner turned around to run with me for 1/2 a mile.
