very hard to get moving - sluggish first 2 miles. Part arthritis, more related to stiffness from lifting.... still feel that the lifting is a good thing.

39F. overdressed in long T and long pants.

Beforehand, I was thinking that if I averaged under 8:30, I'd be happy. Afterwards, I thought that I should have aimed for 8:00. Middle 5 miles were at 8, so I'll take that.

Spring is on the way soon. (other than the projected snow tonight)
