8 X sprints up clinton hill (a short steep hill in the forest). about 40-45 seconds up, tried pretty hard, felt it in legs and chest. Got a bit of a stitch on the run back home after, but kept running and it went away. Wish i could have gone to WIT today, as ther is so much more motivation to train with other people.

WET at queen elizabeth park, slightly more technical than usual, as there were many on trees, not just on buildings and such. Did ok, most were hard to find once you got close in, as they were low to the ground, so i didn't spike most of them.

Long run, 13 mins slow run to meet the others, then much harder run for the rest of the time. I thought i might have to stop near the end... but managed to keep going. Feel a little sore from the run, and dowhill skiing the day before.

6 sprints across the field after going to weight room, approx 20 seconds each, with 15 seconds in between.

running with dad. Reasonably good pace, picked up controls from teaching guides yesterday. Did some block sprints on the way back for fun.

long run, first part down through the woods with janet. then continued on over to arbutus and back along 37th.

bike to school and back

Warm up and warm down for wit, including some running exercises on the beach (using the slope as a hill).

intervals along the beach: 3 min 1:30 rest, 3 min 1 rest, 1 min 30sec rest, all x3.

warm up and cool down run, + 5 mins of frog hops, leg kicks and other stuff in the field.

6 X 90 second intervals with 30 seconds rest in between. Tried pretty hard especially on the last two, reasonably tired by the last one, but recovered pretty quickly.

Wet # 17, first control missing. Muddy patch between 8-9... very muddy shoes! Felt ok, but didn't feel that fast...

40 mins bike to downtown for apointment, then 55 mins bike to ubc -classes- then 20 mins bike back home.

Hill intervals near jericho. 5 X 3 min intervals with 4 min breaks to run back down the hill in between. Pushed pretty hard to try to keep up to Marta.

WET at george's, went pretty fast, felt a bit of lactic acid in the stomach... but ran ok, had fun!

Back country skiing into diamond head with Alex and Dana. Really way more than two hours, but i will only really count the uphill part, even thought the downhill part was probably a strength workout.
