running with my dad in the woods. Later my legs hurt... sort of a general ache pain in the calves/shins, I guess just too much training in general, cause this was not a hard run.

2:35-2:40 ish, up a steep hill in the woods, along the flat, down a bit and loop back up to the top of the hill. walk/jogged down the hill. 7 times

wet, a really great course! fun idea: a score-o where 2 controls are paired, and you have to take both of them - 1 then the other, and the leg between them varied from a few metres to several hundred (sprint map). I thought I had a pretty good route choice, except i left out one set till on my last leg I realized, and had to go back for them at the end.

run at cap college, no controls out, paired up with alexandra and did every second one.

dynamic strength- squats, etc/ odd walks across a field, then some stairs (10 times up and down) and some stomach stuff and stretching.

running with thomas, pushed it a bit harder on a few, thomas is just getting back into running after his injury and this is what the physio said he could do (2.5 mins run/2.5 mins walk) . Don't think he has lost any fitness though!

longish run in the woods with alexandra... got lost in some tiny trails with our headlamps and ended up turning around, alexandra realized we had, but i wasn't sure ;)

warm up run down to the park, then ran jumping over stuff, the monkey bars, then the tires.... then ran up to the other park, sprinting every second light post with my hands behind my neck. Then some silly walks on the field, and some core/strength.
