| Running at a pretty fast pace (for me) i have not run in awhile so i was surprised, i guess the rain and cold must have motivated me (after 2 nice months it has returned to its usual pissing rain in vancouver)
Ran up dunbar to king edward, then down and along blenheim. Then did 3 intervals the lenght of a block, joggin in between, and a small warm down run. | ||
