new swimming thing, at st georges... they tried to fix my stroke. Never done that much front crawl in my life... I was in the slowest lane and still going fast....

run with ted and mo... some stairs near the end nearly killed me (they did them twice... but i was tired, had been mapping all day before the run).

1st determinator... not exactly sure of time, cause i forgot to start my watch, and they screwed up the timing... but was going pretty fast, and know the area well, so no real mistakes... just sometimes had to look for the control a bit.

Orienteering at Deer Lake. Ran in areas with tall grass, was good exercise. Not enough maps, so shared with !homas, i mapped the area anyway, so i memorized things.

Grouse grind, first time i ever did it. Meghan started to fade in the middle, so i waited for her (lost a minute or 2) then john stayed with her and I went ahead. Robin kicked our asses in 38 mins.

with some higher intensity running, almost like intervals. A fun part where we had to speak to someone running with their eyes closed, and tell them where to go, good for balance?!

an 8 k race, went out too slow, a little under 20 mins at the halfway point, so almost a minute and a half faster on the second half (an out and back course).

run with thomas, through woods out to ubc and back. Slow at beginning, but picked up on way back.

up a hill doing weird exercises, then down some stairs... some reasonably intense parts.

normal loop with dad, speed varied a bit, sometimes a bit slow, sometimes a reasonable clip.
