3:38 - fast and entirely downhill at the start, but I don't think it slowed me down later 4:11 4:09 4:13 4:25 - slow and more uphill 4:17 4:14 4:07 4:20 4:06 - started feeling a bit sick/lactic acidy in the stomach so had to slacken off at the crest of the bridge, but sped up again near the end. Some slower splits, but did better than I thought I would! Thomas met up with me just after 1km... then stayed with me till just before 9km, helped me keep pace in the middle. | ||
