4 times around the field, fast running the diagonals and jogging along the short ends. Then 8 times up the small hill, and then back down and immediately up. Then 4 more times around the field, but this time running the long sides (so slightly shorter).

Fun WET at Minoru, did the technical loop first since I started at the same time as Joanne so we did opposite loops.

Warm-up before / after the steady state

Steady state on the road around QE, next time we should make this a bit longer and maybe a bit slower (since it is really more a part of the warm up still).

4 times 1 long outer loop, 1 shorter inner loop with Catherine. Would see the boys again after the first 1/4 of our inner loop. Catherine pushed me hard today, and I felt I was going to die by the end... but we kept the pace ok.

Club run with Russell, Julien, and Thomas. Russell and I went back along 10th / the golf course grass (his knee started to hurt)... and the other two went further.

More exploring and scrambling around some terrain further to the north of yesterday. We found some amazing terrain, but a bit hard to access. Running down a gnarly mountain bike trail for a bit at the end.

Exploring the side of Blackcoomb mountain with Adrian, Russell and Thomas. Jog/hiked up to the top of the first chair, then contoured. Some pretty nice stuff, but once we turned down and went diagonally back that is when we really found the nice mossy open terrain and it was fantastic (also I enjoy running downhill)! Hardly any trails, but some bike trails near the ski hill.

Warm up, dragging ourselves around behind the boys in QE, some strides and looking at the trails we wanted to run.

Running 23:40 [4] 5.82 km (4:04 / km)

4 times a ~1460m gravel trail loop (there are a few nice permutations we can use). This is actually 2 times the outer loop of 730m. Right next to Catherine for all of them. Boys did an extra shorter inner loop and finished a about 30-45 seconds behind us.

Already started feeling sick yesterday, but hoped it would not get worse - it did. Throat hurting, slight cough, stomach ache... sort of a weird sickness. Slept a lot and hoped would get better soon.
