sprints across field 3 x there and back, in between rested and did calf raises, sit ups/crunches, and push ups.

Have been away downhill skiing at silverstar....
went running with the dog we are babysitting... she pulled me down the hill to the woods, where i was thankfully allowed to take its leash off. had a nice run in the woods with the dog running around me... unfotunately she was slightly tired, and did not pull me back up the hill.

WET at granville island. there was no one near me for most of the course, so i made a few bad mistakes: #17 4 mins #8 1 min. It was a fun race!

some reasonably high intensity running at the end when i started to run ahead, from dad, along marine drive, coming back

38 mins of runing... up to king edward, down to macdonald, up to 41st, via larch... back along 41st. Nice route, a few good hills. Then did 9 mins of exercises, stuff that maureen showed us.

WET, tried pretty hard... so as to beat marta! there was quite a bit of hills, and it was longer than usual. Had fun!
