| one loop that was more vague terrain and required more compass, plus i was trying to practice that (but it did not go that smoothly). Then a more technical loop with ted following me for the first while, things went better (borrowed a different compass (currently use a silva thumb)). The physical act of turning it helped remind me to orient myself and I found it easier to keep a bearing. |

| technical training, at the alberta training camp. # short loops, then a line o, then a memory o with a partner (marie-cat). Was not very good at the memory o, cause i exited the control slightly the wrong way a few times... I am re-thinking my compass technique, may start using a compass that can turn again... |

| an attempt at a recovery run, really sore from yesterday (having problems going down stairs...). However I think I went quite fast most of the way... once I got going I was ok, but near the end deffinetly started to drag. |

| really good workout, some cardio came in to play because of the amount of reps. Legs may be sore tomorow, lots of squats. |

| First exercise after having my wisdom teeth out.. have pretty much been a bum since i got them out. I have decided to try to enter my stuff in attackpoint again (especially after the wyoming meet now I know more people so in a way it is more fun). |
