"dry" run down to musqueam, then along the river... accidentaly up through the reserve, then a loop in the forest.
Stretching/exercises 10:00 [2]
some squats, push ups, silly things in the front yard, then stretching.
Cross country ski 1:30:00 [3]
skate ski with magnus, then met up with rance/lachances.

4 times "hollow 900's" a 600, 100 metre jog, then a 300... 200 metres rest, repeat... didn't feel the best, still tired from weekend.

orienteering at dufferin hill... steep, and made mistakes on 2 & 3, really, I didn't go there... but it was only training, and entirely uphill, so I didn't go back!

slushy and icy... can see why they cancelled the loppet

took the lift up to the top, so the first part was mostly downhill... but then did some faster stuff, with some uphill

6 times 200 metre interval... with quite a long rest in between, still wheezy and tired...

running with group, then afterwards did mental training.
Note
sometimes still feeling rather wheezy... asthma acting up... agh, its so unfair. I may go to the doctor again, as the asthma medication she gave me will run out soon... but I am afraid I may need it for longer, particularly in cold places. Planning on doing some X-country this weekend... we will see...

running in woods with meg and alexandra. Trails very slippery in places!!! snow is melting, but packed and icy/slick!

determinator in pacific spirit park. First three in order, the rest rogaine. Fun in the snow, o-shoes worked well. Had some problems breathing in the cold... and at the end after I stopped.

in a parking garage, as the track was slick.... didn't push it too hard as I have been sick - still have a cought, and some trouble breathing (am on asthma medication).

run in byrne creek. Parents designed the course and alexandra, brent and i ran it. I started first, but ended last, alexandra overtook me on leg #3, where i ended up struggling along the river bed, and she took the higher route.
