| sometimes still feeling rather wheezy... asthma acting up... agh, its so unfair. I may go to the doctor again, as the asthma medication she gave me will run out soon... but I am afraid I may need it for longer, particularly in cold places. Planning on doing some X-country this weekend... we will see... |

| determinator in pacific spirit park. First three in order, the rest rogaine. Fun in the snow, o-shoes worked well. Had some problems breathing in the cold... and at the end after I stopped. |

| run in byrne creek. Parents designed the course and alexandra, brent and i ran it. I started first, but ended last, alexandra overtook me on leg #3, where i ended up struggling along the river bed, and she took the higher route.
