bike to JQ, then to QE to check control locations (easy course that I walked for an elementary school event) and back home.

including silly walks after warm up run, and some strides

3 times hollow 600s (200 fast, jog through the next 200 reasonably fast, then another 200). Then 3 400's. Not feeling that fast, bit tired, maybe didn't eat enough to keep energy up earlier in the day?

including squats, lunges, and some strides after the warm down. Last intensity for me before trials...

run in the woods with magnus, marta and dad. Marta and dad started to lag behind and magnus and I finished a bit before them.

C-meet on dufferin, pretty good race! about 2 mins of mistakes, and some "un-smoothness" ...

93 controls with thomas in vanier park... good for trying to keep concentration.

stretching, then strength (usual stuff)... then stretching again, a bit sore, rolled on ball to massage.

warm up to weight room then warm down back...

Tuesday May 3

"continuous 200's" fast 200, then coast through the next 200, then fast again, till done 5 fast ones, then rest. Did 3 sets of 5, then 4 more... but started to feel lactic acidy in the stomach, and it just wasn't feeling good anymore. First few slower, middle few felt good though!
