| Pushed reasonably hard on some of it, legs a bit tired so some slower bits. Mistake on #7... mostly the map just didn't show that there was a huge pile of brambles and that the stream was uncrossable without a bit of a swim.... about 5 mins lost. Some other small bobbles, but mostly did well, concentrated reasonably well. Lots of fun! Nice small trails! | ||

It was alot of fun (skiing along with all the old people who actually know how to ski), but had never done a loppet before (let alone alot of skiing) so had no idea how to pace myself. Took it slow first 2 10km laps, then faster last one... but muscles were pretty tired by end. | ||

Peter claimed at the training camp that no one on attackpoint weighed less than a "G"... so here you are (i hope I weigh less than a G). I weighed myself up a murray's in kamloops since he has a nice scale, plus I do not trust the one we have and it is upstairs, where I hardly ever go. Women on attackpoint seem to post their weight less than men... | ||

| Skate at stake lake. Tested out the loop for the loppet, 10km, plus some other stuff after.... really nice conditions. Slower at beginning then got more of a rhythm.... but still can't skate/ski very well! :) | ||

| playing what was going to be marsh soccer, until we realized that after the 28ish days of straight rain that the marsh was up to way above our calves... soccer balls do not roll well on water. So we played on some sandy/mossy/lumpy terrain... using clumps of high grass as our goals. Fun game, often consisting of us running vaguely towards the goal and being like "where is is??", or saying to the other member of the team "which one are you?". It was at night and we all just had small led headlamps as the bigger ones were vetoed since they blind your oponent. We played robin and me against thomas and meggy. | ||

| Been feeling very tired recently, and it has been hard to get out of bed. The glands in my neck have not truly stopped hurting since X-mas, and I still wake up with some goo gluing my eyes together. My body may not have fully shaken whatever this is... (and still use the puffer a bit since chest/throat sometimes gets very itchy). | ||
