| Yesterday the physio did a weird tape job on my upper hips. Since I didn't manage to run yesterday (sooo busy!) I kept it on for today. I think it may be helping me re-arrange and fix my body so that I fire the right muscles (and do not put strain on the wrong ones!). | ||
