| Ok, so I never thought I would do a 10km on the track. And apparently I do not have the mental stamina to do it well. I was hoping to do this about 1 minute faster... or on average about 3 seconds per painfull lap. I have been having some bowel problems too (actually since wednesday evening...i am either allergic to something, or I have a bug), so the bathroom was looking very good somewhere around lap 15, and I deffinetly hurried there after. Ugh, anyway... this race was cruddy and feel like I haven't gotten any faster over the past three years!!! I am stagnant... sucky and stagnant.
