| Felt pretty cruddy yesterday, and I only got out for an hour and a bit to map the last bit at UBC. Pretty much rested the rest of the day. Very stuffed up and lethargic.
Felt better today, so am hoping these two days of rest will have paid off and I can start training properly again. |
