48 minute run through the woods to the gym (where we arrived with rather muddy shoes). Then 5 minute jog home.

Great to have Meghan M there cause we pretty much ran side by side in these intervals, really pushed each other and kept them consistent. Tummy not the best, especially by the crest of the hill. Got dad out too, and he wasn't too far behind.
