Canadian ski orienteering champs at stake lake. Lots of fun. A mistake on number 2, bad route on number 3, and maybe a few other mistakes. A lot better than yesterday :).

Warm up before event, and then skiing technique with no poles and marta giving pointers after the event! Some good tips, really need to work on my technique (loading and pushing correctly... hard to time everything right).

Ski orienteering at sovereign lake. Fell several times, one time bending my pole. Also, went through the forest when I really should have gone around... got rather frustrated. Confused by intersections a lot, mistake on way to #10....

Night orienteering at Grasslands. Trying to follow henrik and thomas through the snow (fast paced, and having some problems reading along on the map, but good training). Lots of fun, but sometimes a bit alarming as I did not know whether I would stay on top of the snow, or fall through (tripped quite a bit).

warm up, warm down, and jogging in between

6 times 2 minute trail intervals. Started up some stairs, then up a long gradual hill. The third and the last one were quite flat, but the others were at least somewhat "hill" intervals. Great to have Petra right there next to me... makes me run so much harder. Definitely still coming back from my bronchitis.

Good intense strength workout. Worked on arm strength, core, and leg/hip strength. Made sure to keep moving from one exercise to another quickly.

Run with Thomas, keeping up a decent pace. Did two 5 minute tempo runs during, with thomas keeping pace with my new gps watch.

Runners yoga at the run inn - not counting the easy bits at the beginning and end. The middle bit had me shaking as we held some squats and some powerful stretches.
