| Tried to run the world cup middle race, made some stupid mistakes, and ended up being very angry at myself and orienteering more and more poorly. Need to be able to get all the voices out of my head, and just focus on the task at hand. |

| Warm up jog with map, thomas told me to go to some locations and I took him there. Good to brush up on my norwegian terrain technique. |

| Made a 2 minute wander on number 1, and a 1 minute mistake on 4. The controls were often hung in ways that were hard to spot, so had some other hesitations near the controls. Pretty good race for the first time back in norway for awhile, lots of fun.
