Orienteering 1:29:09 [4]

Marummila - some hooks, and one bigger ~1 min mistake on the last longer leg where I initially started going straight then realized I couldn't get between the buildings later on and cut down to the road badly (should have just cut down initially).
On first short loop was behind lots of people, but slowly went up the line once on the longer legs - out onto the main section of the course/map. Then was running for quite awhile with 2-3 older guys and 1 woman. The woman made a mistake near the end of the contours only section, and we dropped her. Then slowly after that the guys started to fade and at the end I was always ahead (often making small hesitations) and then near the very end alone.

Running 1:30:00 [3]

Run from Stavern along Kysstien with Thomas. Sometimes diverging to run more on the rocks out by the ocean... they could make the trail go more out that way in some places.

Orienteering 50:00 [3]

Mass start "human flag" exercise, on contours+cliffs only. Fun, but hard so we might have been wrong on 1 or 2 of them...

Running 30:00 [2]

Got a bit lost on smaller trails with Kine while trying to get back to the car...
