At Bislett with BSK, super icy out and I have been sick... so wanted to see how it felt just to run a bit.
Felt pretty ok - good to get moving, but my lower tummy muscles kinda hurt later in the evening.

8 times 200m (with a longer break between 2 sets of 4, since I took a break while the others did 10). Circa 47-50s, with about the same amount of break between the odd, and slightly closer to 1.5 mins break on the even.
