Rowing 20:00 [4] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)
slept:6.0

Warmup:
1.5k row

Training:
1.) 5 rounds
1000m row
100m farmer's carry @ erg

This was going to be a good workout, but my body was definitely not feeling it. I got through the first 1k in 3:28, then only made it halfway through the second when I knew it was going to be smarter to not do the workout. I was kinda really bummed, but at the same time, I knew my body was not feeling great today: very tired.

Army PT (APFT Prep) 20:00 [2]
slept:6.0

1.) 20 rounds
13 x pushups
13 x situps

Felt pretty easy this morning actually. I am getting used to these workouts, and kinda like them by now. Even with the increase in reps, it still isn't that bad.

Rowing intervals 30:00 [4]

Warmup:
2k row @ 8:08

Training:
1.) 12 rounds
30 sec row @ 157m average
30 sec rest

2.) 1k row cooldown @ 4:11

Great row today. Nice and short and sweet, but totally killer. I cranked the drag fan up to 7.5-8 (versus the normal 4.5) and killed them all. I tried to hold a 1:35 pace (+/- 2 sec) and did a pretty good job. I think all the sprints were within that range which was really nice to see that good of consistency at a rate like that.

Rowing 49:00 [3] 11.6 km (4:13 / km)
slept:6.5

1.) 3 rounds @ 3830m, 3837m, 3859m
15 min row @ 5' x 18spm, 4' x 20 spm, 3' x 22spm, 2' x 24 spm, 1' x 26spm

Great workout! It was a longer row, but definitely didn't feel long. The differing stroke rates made it go by so much quicker. I haven't done a whole lot of stroke rate work, at all, and this was a great workout to learn how I feel at different rates and different pressures at those rates. I started at 2:02 for the first piece, then got it down to 2:01 and 2:00 for the second and third pieces, respectively.
