Trying to figure out why I'm so tired. Theory- by removing a lot of grains and dairy (and replacing with fruit/veggies) I am also removing protein. I bet I am only getting half of what I need. Will do protein shakes to improve this even though it's dairy...
Bike part of Du. Made all sorts of rookie mistakes- no warmup, no fuel during race. Felt bad for most part. Bike suspension was all boingy and didn't suck up the bumps well.
