40m stairmaster, 20 ellptical. achilles feeling a bit weird again.

Cx bike in prep for next weekends kermesse. Greenlake to Seward and back. Brisk pace but easy to maintain. Climbs were minimal effort.

40 squats, 3x30sec plank and dumbbells.

Slow paced thrilla ride with molly. from town hall-powerline and back. I don't think I can do too many rides with her anymore- too slow.

Steady brisk pace at a higher cadence for 35min, then more 3-4 min powerbuilders. Short cooldown.

Sustained poses- just hip bridges, superman and mod plank.

Plus shoulder press and curls with 10lbx3 sets.

Trying to figure out why I'm so tired. Theory- by removing a lot of grains and dairy (and replacing with fruit/veggies) I am also removing protein. I bet I am only getting half of what I need. Will do protein shakes to improve this even though it's dairy...

MI>Lake Sammamish. Flatted on W side of lake and had to be extracted. Felt decent considering I raced yesterday.

Bike part of Du. Made all sorts of rookie mistakes- no warmup, no fuel during race. Felt bad for most part. Bike suspension was all boingy and didn't suck up the bumps well.

Terrible class- started out with sub, then teacher showed up late and really pissy! Did 10 min of ab before class.
