Cx bike in prep for next weekends kermesse. Greenlake to Seward and back. Brisk pace but easy to maintain. Climbs were minimal effort.

40 squats, 3x30sec plank and dumbbells.

Slow paced thrilla ride with molly. from town hall-powerline and back. I don't think I can do too many rides with her anymore- too slow.

Steady brisk pace at a higher cadence for 35min, then more 3-4 min powerbuilders. Short cooldown.

Superman, hip bridge, crunches plus bicept curls.

Took M & T off- too tired/crabby to do anything.

Indoor cycle 1:00:00 [3]

30 min tempo, 3x3.5min pb's and a 3 min tempo pace at the end. Felt great.
