Double GR. Crashed halfway down the backside on 2nd lap. Decided to call it a day. Knees are hurting.

Jogged first 10 but then achilles acting up so walked home. SUcky

Hill ride fail- too dark around here for riding solo. None of the hills are lit so it can be dangerous. SUCKS. Will have to leave work early if I want to to this again next week.

Dumbells- curl, shoulder press, shoulder raise. Plus plank, DD and some ab work.
